Effective Date: 1 January 2026These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and lxtoto ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the lxtoto website accessible at https://lxtoto.cam and all related services. These Terms apply to all players based in Indonesia and must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You are eligible to register and use lxtoto only if you meet ALL of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Age Restriction: You must be 21 or older to register and play on lxtoto. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification documents for age and identity verification at any time, without prior notice.
lxtoto reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our reasonable satisfaction. Any winnings generated by an Account that is found to be ineligible may be forfeited without compensation.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each player is entitled to register a maximum of one (1) Account on lxtoto. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under aliases — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and at all subsequent times. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (within Indonesia), and valid email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. lxtoto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to secure your login credentials. You must notify lxtoto immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). lxtoto may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to submit documentation verifying your identity, age, address, and source of funds. Acceptable documents include government-issued national identity cards (KTP), passports, recent bank statements, and equivalent instruments. Failure to complete KYC within the period specified by lxtoto may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal, and betting functionality until verification is completed.
3.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your lxtoto Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your Account or any balance held therein to another person.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. lxtoto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Payment limits and processing times vary by method and are published on the Platform's Payments information page.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on lxtoto are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). lxtoto does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. No currency conversion fees are applied by lxtoto; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees, for which lxtoto accepts no responsibility.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit amounts, minimum withdrawal amounts, and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating a transaction.
4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the name on your lxtoto Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. lxtoto reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Processing Times. Standard withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to your bank's own processing schedule. Gold-tier loyalty members benefit from prioritized processing. lxtoto does not guarantee same-hour withdrawal completion for any tier.
4.6 Fraudulent Transactions. Any deposit found to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or charged back by the issuing bank will result in the immediate suspension of your Account and the reversal of any associated winnings. lxtoto cooperates with financial institutions and law enforcement in investigating suspected payment fraud.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by lxtoto are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (where relevant) are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be completed before any withdrawal from a bonus-affected Balance is permitted.
5.3 One Bonus Per Person / Household / IP Address. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, each player is entitled to claim each lxtoto promotion only once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including via multiple accounts, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and potential Account suspension.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. lxtoto reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is exploiting promotions in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: low-variance play designed purely to clear wagering requirements, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
5.5 Amendment and Withdrawal of Promotions. lxtoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bonus funds already credited and actively subject to ongoing wagering requirements at the time of the change.
6.1 Finality of Bets. Once a bet or wager has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the player except where specifically permitted by a cash-out feature on that market.
6.2 Odds and Prices. All odds displayed on lxtoto are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. lxtoto reserves the right to refuse any bet without explanation, limit maximum stake amounts on any market, and restrict access to markets for any individual player at its discretion.
6.3 Sports Betting. All sports bets — including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF), basketball, badminton, MotoGP, and e-sports — are subject to the specific sporting event's official result as determined by the relevant governing body. Bandar bola (Asian handicap), mix parlay (accumulator), and voor bola (handicap spread) markets follow standard international sportsbook settlement rules.
6.4 Togel Draws. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results on lxtoto are sourced from internationally recognized pools. In the event of a dispute regarding a draw result, the official source pool result shall be final and binding. lxtoto accepts no responsibility for any discrepancy between a player's personal interpretation of draw results and the officially published outcome.
6.5 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void and the stake refunded in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond 48 hours, incomplete events, obvious pricing errors, or technical failures that materially affected the integrity of the market. lxtoto's decision on void bets is final.
6.6 Maximum Winnings. lxtoto reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per event, per day, or per product category. Current maximum payout limits are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
7.1 Age Verification. lxtoto is strictly a 21+ platform. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the depositing payment method, minus any winnings generated.
7.2 Player Protection Tools. lxtoto provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check notifications, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible through your Account dashboard and through our customer support team.
7.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to suspend their gambling activity may request self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently by contacting lxtoto support at [email protected]. During any self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease. Early termination of a self-exclusion period is subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
7.4 Duty of Care. While lxtoto provides tools to support responsible play, the primary responsibility for managing gambling behavior rests with the individual player. lxtoto strongly encourages any player who feels that gambling is negatively affecting their finances, relationships, or mental health to seek professional help and activate self-exclusion immediately. 8.1 Ownership. All content on the lxtoto Platform — including but not limited to the lxtoto brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and compiled data — is the exclusive property of lxtoto or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License. lxtoto grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
8.3 Prohibited Use. You may not scrape, crawl, mirror, frame, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any Platform software is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offense under applicable law.
9.1 Platform Availability. lxtoto makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. lxtoto accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime.
9.2 Accuracy of Information. While lxtoto endeavors to ensure that all odds, results, balances, and promotional information displayed on the Platform are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. lxtoto reserves the right to correct any manifest error, including recalculating affected bets and adjusting account balances accordingly, regardless of whether a payout has already been processed.
9.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lxtoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if lxtoto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.4 Cap on Liability. lxtoto's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.5 Third-Party Services. The Platform may integrate third-party game content from providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. lxtoto is not liable for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions attributable to third-party software providers, except where lxtoto has a direct contractual remedy it is able to pursue on your behalf.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on lxtoto and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
11.1 By lxtoto. lxtoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, the Account poses a fraud or money-laundering risk, or continued operation of the Account is otherwise contrary to lxtoto's internal compliance standards.
11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure by lxtoto for cause, any real-money Balance remaining after deduction of forfeited bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct shall be returned to the player's most recently used verified payment method within 30 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Where a balance is forfeited in full, lxtoto will provide a written explanation upon request.
11.3 By the Player. You may request permanent Account closure at any time by contacting lxtoto support at [email protected]. Any verified real-money Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to any applicable withdrawal minimums and active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
11.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts showing no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be designated as inactive. lxtoto may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive Accounts as specified in the current fee schedule published on the Platform. You will be notified via email before any fee is applied.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operators, as applied under the jurisdiction of lxtoto's licensing authority.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and lxtoto, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive written response within 10 business days.
12.3 Escalation. If informal resolution is not achievable, the dispute may be escalated to lxtoto's designated independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body. Details of the applicable ADR mechanism are available on request from our support team. Both parties agree to participate in the ADR process in good faith before pursuing any other legal remedy.
12.4 Language. These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translated summary or excerpt provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail.
lxtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Balance before the effective date of the changes.
